Qualifying in Jewellery Design & Manufacturing from college in my hometown of Glasgow in 2016 has allowed me to develop a new career path. While studying I was awarded 2nd Prize from The Scottish Gemological Association. That same year I was also awarded 1st Prize in a design competition to create the 500th Anniversary ware for the oldest trade in Glasgow ‘The Honourable Trade of Skinners and Glovers’. Creating this piece of commemorative silverware was a great honour and as a result I was made a ‘Burgess of the City’.
I spend most of my week hard at work in my Glasgow studio developing new designs and creating bespoke pieces for my growing list of clients.
In 2019 I was invited to exhibit at the world famous annual Celtic Connections Festival in Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall. I also exhibit at the annual World Pipe Band Championships.
A number of clients have asked if we could create memorial jewellery pieces to mark the passing of a loved one, often incorporating ashes. We will work closely with to create that special piece of jewellery unique to you.
If you'd like to see my work up close I am the resident jeweller at the weekend Craft and Design Fair in Merchant Square in Glasgow. Pop in for a look at my latest work or for a chat about a remodeling project or repair. I'd love to meet you.
I also have a range of Sterling Silver work for sale in the Scottish Design Exchange in Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow.
In the meantime please browse these pages to see some of my earlier designs. Perhaps you’ll get some ideas for a bespoke piece of jewellery for an engagement, civil partnership, wedding or a special occasion.
If you would like to discuss an idea for a special piece of commemorative jewellery please get in touch.
